We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join a leading housing association based in Manchester. If you are a proactive and customer focussed individual, we would love to hear from you!

Dealing with housing enquires ranging from rent to repairs you will respond promptly and efficiently via telephone, email, web chat, face to face and the self-service portal

This will involve providing general advice and guidance for housing repair queries such as maintenance services and correctly diagnosing and raising appropriate repairs or pre-inspections (the role will most likely be focused on the repairs side).

Location: Liverpool
Pay: £14.94 P/H Paid weekly via Umbrella
Working Type: Agile (5 days in office)
Contract: Potential temp to Perm
Start: ASAP

An excellent communicator, you will liaise with the housing officers, lettings team and contractors, follow up enquiries and provide customers with regular updates to ensure a satisfactory conclusion every time.

You should have previous experience of working in a housing, repairs and/or maintenance environment and of liaising with customers and stakeholders.
