SCP is a specialist construction and hospitality employment business operating from three regional offices in Leeds, Manchester and Edinburgh.
We are looking to add additional consultants to our city centre office in Manchester.
As a recruitment consultant you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process. From generating new business opportunities and clients, candidate sourcing and screening to client engagement and placement.
We welcome applicants from any type of sales or recruitment background. For this role key requirements are:
* A confident and professional phone manner, with the work ethic and drive to call through shortlists of clients and candidates.
* Computer literacy with the ability to use sales diaries and databases.
* Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* To be able to cultivate relationships and build rapport both via phone and face to face.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
* Competitive nature.
* Negotiation and objection handling skills
