Temple Recruitment are currently looking for a Trainee Quantity Surveyor to assist our client across Multiple sites.
The ideal candidate will live between Bedford & Northampton and have their own transport.
Commercial sites.
Duties will include but will not be limited to the following.
* Generating Applications for Payment (Valuations).
* Checking Sub-Contractor labour invoices.
* Liaising with Project Managers
* Visiting live projects.
* Updating Budgets, providing real time project financial reports.
The ideal candidate will possess the following.
* be in their 1st or 2nd year of studies
* have at least 1 year in a previous Trainee QS role
* Ability to use own initiative as well as working effectively as part of a team
* experience in previous commercial role
* Strong leadership skills
Salary negotiable dependent on experience
