As a Development Manager, you will oversee the planning, development, and implementation of the .Net aspect of technology solutions within the organisation. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and leadership capabilities to ensure the successful delivery of technology projects.

In your first few weeks in this .Net Application Development and Support Manager role, you can expect to:

Lead, mentor, and inspire a small team of software developers to achieve their full potential
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement
Conduct monthly documented 1:1 reviews with your team focused on wellbeing, HR matters, delivery of assigned projects/activities and development needs
Allocate resources effectively, ensuring that team members have the necessary tools, training, and support.To apply for this Development Manager role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:

Technical expertise in the .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, and MVC
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices
