If you are driven, resilient and ambitious then a dynamic property company based in Dundee is looking for you to join their team as an Experienced Property Manager. Office based.
* To achieve/exceed department KPI’s around repairs, rental voids, rental arrears and rental market reviews
* Ensure obligations as letting agent are met, and its Repairing Standards duties
* Responsible for the day-to-day management of residential rental portfolio
* Building strong relations with clients and landlords – delivering high levels of service and resolving any problems
* Acting as the main point of contact for property owners across a portfolio
* Overseeing reactive repairs and planned maintenance to properties
* Sourcing new and instructing contractors
* Lead on communal repairs for a building, where required
* Monitoring the performance and costs of works carried
* Carrying out regular inspections
* Process all deposit releases and negotiate regarding any dilapidations
* Support the HMO team to ensure properties remain compliant at all times
* ARLA (Propertymark) part / fully qualified an advantage, if not qualified a willingness to study towards it whist employed essential
* Motivated, proactive, hard-working, driven and well organised.
* A proven track record of working as a team player supporting other members
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Enthusiastic, ‘can-do’ attitude and approach to work
* Driving license with access to own vehicle essential
