Test Team Lead

Join our dynamic team in Moorestown, New Jersey, as a Test Team Lead working on the Sea Commander C4ISR network. As a vital member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and effectiveness of our systems, contributing to the protection of our nation's shores.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, refine, and execute comprehensive test plans and procedures for C4ISR systems, ensuring thorough evaluation and validation.
Conduct testing activities across shore test facilities, assets, and remote locations, meticulously documenting findings in Test Observation Reports.
Collaborate closely with TEMPEST, Cybersecurity, Safety, and Combat Systems Certification teams to coordinate testing efforts and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
Expertly troubleshoot systems under test, employing root cause analysis techniques to identify and resolve issues promptly.
Prepare detailed test reports, providing clear insights and recommendations for system enhancements or improvements.
Lead requirements verification and validation activities, including Cybersecurity assessments, mapping, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Operate Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) test suites to ensure the integrity and reliability of our systems.
Provide technical expertise on Tactical Data Links and Link simulation software, supporting operational readiness and training initiatives.
Required Skills and Experience:
Extensive experience in Navy or U.S. Coast Guard system operations, with a deep understanding of network infrastructure.
Proven track record with over 10 years of testing and evaluation experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
Proficiency in Micro Focus Application Life-cycle Management or Quality Center, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly grasp complex business issues and data challenges.
Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders across all levels of management.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting project deadlines and schedules consistently.
Desired Skills:
Familiarity with C4ISR systems, enhancing your ability to contribute meaningfully to testing and evaluation efforts.
ISTQB certifications, validating your expertise and proficiency in software testing methodologies.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
