212 Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for a Production Operative to join our clients busy team.
Previous experience of case/pallet making or carpentry skills would be advantageous although not essential as training can be provided. The successful candidate will ideally be comfortable using a Cross saw,band saw and circular saw aswell as nail guns.
The role will involve:
* Receive and review cutting lists/drawings from the production office
* Ensure all materials and tools are correct prior to processing
* Complete "first off" checks prior to producing the required batch
* Check all dimensions and record details as required
* Clean down tools and equipment as required to maximise tool life
* Transfer completed cases to storage/dispatch
* Ensure scrap material is kept to a minimum and it is disposed of correctly and safely
Working hours:
* Monday to Thursday 07:30-16:30
* Friday 07:30-12:30
