Client Details

As an HR Associate, you will be the first point of contact for HR-related queries and will support the HR Business Partner in various HR functions. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth HR operations and providing excellent service to our employees.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.
Assist the HR Business Partner in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
Coordinate and support employee training and development programs.
Manage employee benefits administration and respond to related inquiries.
Assist with the preparation and distribution of HR reports and documentation.
Support the organization of HR events and initiatives.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Perform other HR-related duties as required.Profile

Requirements:

Previous experience in an HR role or relevant administrative position.
Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
