Monday – Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm

Please Note: Final interviews for this position will take place at our Leeds office on Wednesday 12 June 2024.

Additionally, successful candidates will be required to work onsite in our Leeds office at least twice per week throughout the training period, with more flexible remote-working arrangements available thereafter.

What will you be doing?

As a Recruitment Administrator / Client Talent Acquisition Associate, you'll play a vital role in the recruitment process by:

* Posting and Amending Jobs: Managing job listings on various job boards.

* Candidate Sourcing: CV searching to find top talent on job board databases and LinkedIn Recruiter.

* Candidate Management: Sifting through applications, organising interviews, providing feedback, and managing declines.

* Social Media Engagement: Promoting roles and building a strong recruiter presence on LinkedIn.

* Networking: Creating posts to connect with and attract candidates to job vacancies.

* Client and Candidate Support: Ensuring a seamless service and resolving issues quickly and efficiently.

* Team Collaboration: Working both as part of a team and independently.

* Handling Queries: Answering phone calls from clients and candidates, and liaising with our Service Desk for swift solutions.

* Customer Service: Strong experience in delivering excellent customer service.

* IT Skills: Proficiency with IT applications

* Administrative Skills: High level of administrative capability.

* Pressure Handling: Experience working in high-pressure environments.

* Excellent Communication Skills: Both verbal and written.

* Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy.

* Organisational Skills: Methodical, highly organised, and able to prioritise and meet deadlines.

* Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively.
