Sales Executives
V-Recruit are excited to be working in partnership with a reputable, fast growing vehicle buying service based in Normanton, West Yorkshire, to recruit additional sales executives/vehicle purchasers for their growing teams.
We are looking for highly motivated, driven, and hardworking individuals, ideally who come from a background of sales (face to face or telephone based), to join the company on a permanent basis.

Job Details;
* Working as part of the inhouse vehicle purchasing teams, you will be making outbound calls using a dialler system and specialist CRM system to make contact with warm leads.
* You will be speaking to customers who are looking to sell their vehicle; you will build relationships and negotiate the purchase of their vehicle, delivering excellent customer service, selling the features and benefits and several USP’s of our client.
* You will be working to weekly targets, which, when achieved and exceeded, will lead to exceptional, uncapped bonus paid to you on a monthly basis with your wages.
Job Specifics
* Starting salary of £24,000 per annum, with OTE of £40£46k (this is uncapped)
* Full time, part time potentially considered.
* Working hours are 9am6pm, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work one 10am-7pm each week. Saturday working (approximately every other)
* These are permanent roles

The Candidate
We’re looking for candidates who are self-motivated and driven to succeed and achieve targets and KPI’s. The successful candidates will have a strong background in working towards sales targets, and other KPIs, and be determined and resilient in their approach to their workload.
Other required skills and attributes;
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft package, and good general IT skills
* Must have an excellent telephone manner, and proven experience of delivering excellent customer service, either face to face or over the telephone
* Some sales experience is essential, but no automotive industry experience is required as full training can be given.
