They are seeking to hire a Head of Quality Assurance & Quality Control which is a key role in ensuring that the Decarbonisation Program processes, develop and implement quality management systems to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Head of QA/QC Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality management systems to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Establish and maintain quality control processes throughout the decarbonization program.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, environmental regulations, and safety protocols.
Stay abreast of changes in regulations and standards related to decarbonization efforts in the steel mining industry.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement in decarbonization initiatives.
Implement best practices and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance overall project quality.
Head of QA/QC Technical Skills & Experience:

10 years’ + experience in quality control and assurance in a manufacturing or substantial project environment (500M+).
Solid understanding of quality management systems and standards (ISO 9001, etc.)
Advanced knowledge with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Experience with testing and inspection methodologies
Results-driven with a focus on data analysis
Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills and the ability to exchange information to both internal and external customer
