Responsible Electrician (VEFK) is required to work for a Global Chemical Manufacturer based in Osnabrück, Germany. Ideally a C1 in German or strong B2 skills required both written & spoken.
- You will follow all rules and regulations regarding EHS/PSM and be an advisor & technical expert to the Electricians on site.
- You will be responsible for all Engineering & Project Management CAPEX.
- Continuous improvement of plant engineering
- External and internal compliance (EHS and PSM) of the plant inventory
- Continuous improvement of plant availability through the development of efficient maintenance and repair management and TPM principles.
Requirements:
Education and knowledge:
- Completed electrical engineering training, at least master preferred Bachelor or Engineer/Master.
- >5 years of professional experience in the field of operating technology of industrial companies, preferably chemical or process engineering
- Very good organizational and communication skills
- Experience in indirect employee management
- Independent working style, as well as a structured, team- and result-oriented working style
- Knowledge in controlling costs and cost centres
- Experience in the use of SAP PM
- Confident use of MS Office products
Additional Skills/Competencies:
- Basic knowledge of LEAN preferred
- Ability to make clear decisions and communicate under stressful situations
- Very good written and spoken German (Level C1)
- Good written and spoken English (Level B1)
- Hands-on mentality
