Our team is expanding and we are growing our reservations department at Ideal Homes Rentals!

The requirements for this position are for somebody who is eager to learn and manage a multitude of tasks following training, including but not limited to:

- Communication with guests and clients by telephone and email
- Use of an online booking system to process reservations and respond to enquiries
- Various admin duties inputting data correctly and efficiently
- Creative writing for blog posts, social media and property descriptions
- Ensuring our guests have everything they need arranged for a fantastic holiday!

This role will be based at our brand new office in Lagos, West Algarve.
