Senior Project Manager – Central Nottingham / Hybrid
£55,000 - £65,000 + bonus, 35-hour work week and great benefits
 
This profitable and multi-national business require a driven and self-motivated Senior IT Project Manager to join their technical and change delivery team. The key to this role is to plan and resource projects and programmes effectively whilst supervising a team of project managers. A background in successful Technical and Business Change project delivery is essential to this position.
                                                                                 
The current vacancy is for a large organisation who have achieved growth year on year for more than a decade and have a significant project pipeline for the next several years. The Senior Project Manager will have substantial experience leading a portfolio of projects delivering solutions to business stakeholders, ideally within a corporate or professional services environment. You will lead a team of experienced Project Managers, improving business change capability and maturity across a large organisation.
 
The role will 2 days per week in the office, with the ideal location being their head office in Nottingham.

Key Requirements:

Software Delivery background within professional services
Track record of working on business change / transformation initiatives
Strong experience of project delivery methodologies such as Prince 2, IPM.
Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies
Good analytical skills and experience of project budgeting and road mapping
Outgoing personality with strong stakeholder management abilities
Experience of managing IT system deployment projects
Line management experience.
Experience working in the legal sector is highly desirable.
