Fawkes & Reece are currently recruiting for a Technical Coordinator to join a leading specialist residential contractor. Working on development ranging between 5 -12 units per site across the Oxfordshire and Berkshire region.
Duties include managing design development processes, responsibility for liaising with external local authorities within coordination or project life cycle.
The ideal candidate will come with three years' experience within a technical or civil engineering role. A strong understanding on structural design and previous preferably knowledge of off-site prefabrication.
