My client is a world-renowned retail manufacturing company, with several sites spread across the globe. They're looking for a dedicated IT Support Technician who is eager to learn and improve their craft. IT Support Technician
£25,000 - £30,000
Durham/Onsite

Day-to-Day:

Provide first-line support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.
Assist users with troubleshooting, resolving technical problems, and offering guidance on system usage.
Respond to help desk tickets and service requests promptly.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware components.
Perform software installations, updates, and patches on user devices.
Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and wireless networks.
Document solutions to common issues and create user guides as needed.
Ensure integrity of data and backups are in line with policies and disaster recovery plans.
