The Recruitment Co are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader to work for an established, growing business in the Blackpool area.

Warehouse Team Leader salary: £26,052 per annum

Warehouse Team Leader hours: 6am - 2pm one week and 2pm-10pm the second week on a rotating basis

Warehouse Team Leader Roles and responsibilities:

Meet and exceed set KPI's set by your Manager.
To support and manage your team to ensure allocated work is duly completed in a timely manner toa high standard and all team members are productive.
Ensure stock integrity is maintained to the required standard at all time.
Ensure you raise any issues with your manager as they occur.
Provide an excellent level of customer service to your internal customers to ensure orders are completed and shipped accurately and on time and in full.
Complete production order journals with accurate information.
Ensure no errors are introduced into NAV.
Ensure you have developed a thorough understanding of our product portfolio.
Ensure data is recorded for scrap and timings thus maintaining accurate data capturing for PF Concept.
Ensure shipment labels are delivered to the correct areas in full and on time. Apply DPD labels to all items from the Writing Instruments Category, all other DPD labels for other product categories,
must be returned to the relevant areas.
Check all shipments are maintaining their delivery service integrity from the original sales order.
Complete end of day invoicing daily if this is a shift requirement.

Compliance orrientated, working in line with ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 Quality Standards.

Required Skills / Qualifications:

Full driving license (preferred).
RTITB recognised Counterbalance FLT and/or VNA licenses (mandatory).
Knowledge and experience in inventory management, purchasing and leading the team of warehouse staff.
Good understanding of the supply chain management principles, as well as experience in analysing data and making informed decision about processing of all production orders.
