Statutory Compliance and Safety Manager

The Wirral are currently looking for a compliance Manager on an initial 3 month basis with scope for extension.

Role:
 
Hands-on role responsible for providing leadership and expertise in leading the compliance agenda for the organisation. Ensuring statutory duties, obligations, official standards, and best practice are met in respects of Gas Servicing, Legionella, Asbestos, Electrical and other key mechanical services. Ensuring the safety of colleagues, contractors, and residents for compliance with health & safety legislation and landlord & tenant law relating to asset management.

·Nebosh qualified
·Experience managing Compliance across Gas, Legionella, Asbestos and M&E
