Site Maintenance Handyperson / Fabric Technician
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Location: Haywards Heath, West Sussex
Hours of Work: Mon – Fri, 2pm – 10pm
A large FM Service provider who are currently recruiting for a Site Maintenance Handyperson/Fabric Technician to work at a commercial/industrial site based in Haywards Heath, West Sussex. This is a permanent position paying a salary of £30,000 per annum. Working Monday – Friday, 2pm- 10pm. With fantastic opportunities for career progression.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Carry out general building repair and maintenance
* Changing of locks, door closures and other door furniture
* Basic plumbing and small leak repairs
* Small painting, decoration and making good Fitting of carpet tiles
* To apply relevant trade skills to carry out reactive maintenance standards
* Ensure health and safety of sites are met to regulation standards
* L8 works are required on site
Candidate requirements;
* Proven experience - working within general building and maintenance repairs
* Relevant trade qualifications, such as City & Guilds / BTEC National Diploma / NVQ 2 in a trade or Building Maintenance Carpentry & Joinery/ is preferred.
* Essential to have excellent client facing skills
