Position: Early Career Teacher (ECT) in English
Location: Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
Delivering dynamic and creative English lessons that inspire students to achieve their full potential.
Creating engaging curriculum materials and resources that cater to diverse learning needs.

Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or currently enrolled in a teacher training program (PGCE, SCITT, etc.).
Specialism in English literature or related field.
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students.
