District Nurse

Community Nurse – Registered General Nurse – District Nurse

We have opportunities for an experienced Community Nurse at bases across Bromley, Orpington, Chislehurst, Hayes.

Job responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to individuals and families in the community
- Conduct health assessments and develop personalized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly
- Educate patients and their families on health promotion, disease prevention, and self-care techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality
