The Job Role

* An Assistant General Manager to lead a busy premium cocktail venue.

* An Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager with managing and day to day running of the business

* An Assistant General Manager to continually drive standards of drinks service forward within a late night venue.

* Developing a high-performing and motivated team

The Requirements

* The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on operator who thrives in a late night bar environment.

* An Assistant General Manager with proven experience in a similar late night venue role.

* An Assistant General Manager, that is able to bring across a great personality.

* Experience with managing a team whilst under pressure is a must

* An engaging, friendly and enthusiastic personality is a must
