German to English Translator

Our client, a well-established manufacturing company is currently looking for a German to English Translator to join their team on a 12-month temporary contract.
As a Translator, you will work as part of a team translating technical documents from German into English. Your expertise will ensure accurate and effective translation of technical documents contributing to the seamless operation of international projects.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Translate technical documents and other materials from German to English
Ensure translations are accurate, clear, and culturally appropriate
Collaborate with various departments to understand specific terminology and context
Proofread and edit translations to ensure high quality and consistencyThe successful candidate will be a native level English speaker with excellent knowledge of German that you'd acquired through your degree. In addition, you will possess, excellent attention to detail as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
