Lead Cyber Security Consultant required by my long-standing client. They need the best people around them to simplify the complex, whilst supporting ALL aspects of their business to help them succeed in being the best Cyber Security Integration Partner.

The Lead Cyber Security Consultant is a critical member of the senior team in helping achieve their business objectives in a secure, compliant, and professional manner by safeguarding the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of their customers’ information assets.

This will include:

* • Leading their team of Cyber Consultants – mentoring, coaching, and leading by example

* • Helping to manage their internal Security and Quality management systems

* • Owning and managing projects, both internally and taking the lead with clients

* • Being a Trusted Advisor to their customers, putting them at the heart of what my client does

* • Seeking ways to continually improve processes and find efficiencies

* • Delivering to multiple clients - concurrently, with the ability to manage budget, priorities and set expectations

* • Carrying out security risk, maturity, and compliance assessments against best practice frameworks e.g., ISO27001, NIST, Cyber Essentials

* • Providing guidance and facilitation of Technical Assurance Testing

* • Conducting and reporting on audits

* • Quality Assure our deliverables

* • Supporting the Business Development Team to identify new opportunities

* • Preparing bid proposals

* • Talking to customers in a language they understand

* • Making sure customers are happy with the work

* • Contributing towards Senior Management strategy and decisions

* • Deputise for the Practice Director

You must have experience in, IT, Networking, Cloud Security, Business Analysis, Project Management, ISO27001, Risk Management, Auditing, Cyber Essentials, NIST Framework, Gap Analysis, Crisis Management, PCI-DSS, Business Continuity, Incident Management, Supplier Management, Stakeholder Management, Excellent Communication Skills With either 1 or several of these certifications, CISA, CISSP or CISM, ISO27001 Lead Auditor or Implementor, Ideally with a Degree in Cyber related subject matter (not essential)
