Site Manager
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Site Manager to oversee a CAT B Café Fit Out in the Swanwick area of Hampshire. The property is currently at Shell Stage and you will be responsible for overseeing Electrical Installation, Dry Lining and Floor Finishing.
The Site Manager will be required to:
* Manage and Co-ordinate Sub-Contractors
* Complete Health & Safety Paperwork
* Interpret Drawings
* Order Materials
* Assign tasks and Supervise daily activities of the team
The Site Manager will have previous experience in a similar role and the relevant Accreditations to fulfill the role.
This is a Contract Position with an initial duration of 3 months but will more than likely roll over to on to other projects.
Site Manager Renumeration
Daily rate of Circa £260 - £300 Paid via CIS or Ltd Company
