CMA's client is a dynamic and rapidly expanding specialist sector business who are currently looking to appoint a Finance Manager into a crucial role to manage a finance department.
This is an ideal opportunity to join a growing business and secure a role that gives you ownership of full accounts production and all stakeholder management for a portfolio of clients.
What will the Finance Manager role involve?
Reporting into the Head of Department, you will be managing a team of 10 and driving this team forwards;
Building a developing relationships with key stakeholders within the business;
Ensuring all reporting is accurate on income and collected in line with the budget;
Process improvement and efficiency initiatives within the finance department.
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy:
Experience of managing a team within a fast paced environment;
A track record of developing and supporting colleagues;
Strong technical accounting skills, confident with budgeting and forecasting;
Confident dealing with external and internal stakeholders.
