Purpose of Role:

Assist clients and provide expert support in finding the best people to staff their business. Responsible for attracting people to apply and guiding them through the application process

Responsibilities:

* Identifying and developing client/business relationships

* Advising on and selling the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database

* Assessing and responding to the needs of each client or assignment

* Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client

* Managing the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond

* Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidate

* Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities

* Create and implement recruiting strategies

* Create and post job advertisements

* Search for potential candidates using hiring databases and social media

* Assess applications and resumes

* Screen applicants before the interviewing process

Desired Experience/Skills:

* Previous Sales and Customer Service experience

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* The ability to influence and negotiate with others

* The ability to think creatively and strategically

* Self-motivation and motivated by targets

* PC literate and able to use MS Office Applications

* Knowledge and understanding of recruiting and sourcing techniques

* Able to constructively take and follow instructions and feedback
