Supply Teacher

We are looking for a Supply Teacher to Join our team to work in Primary Schools across Quinton, Birmingham on a day-to day basis. Working as a Supply Teacher for Flourish allows you to work flexibly, when you want in the roles that you want, supporting a work life balance.

We work with schools that are easily accessible via public transport and have onsite parking for people who drive.

You will be delivering pre-planned lessons to classes across the Primary age range, in addition to marking. You will be managing behaviour of the pupils in your class, as well as supporting a positive learning environment for the pupils.

This Supply Teacher role would be good for an ECT, who is looking to gain additional experience.

For this Supply Teacher role, you will:

•           Hold a relevant teaching qualification (QTS- Qualified Teaching Status)

•           Experience working in either EYFS, KS1 or KS2 in schools in the UK.

•           ECTs (Early Career Teachers) are encouraged to apply.

•           Effective behaviour management

•           A strong school reference from your recent employer

The primary schools that we work with all have excellent transport links and most offer onsite parking.
