We have a brand new opportunity for a Fabric Technician, where you will only be required to cover one large distribution centre based in Bolton, working along site 2 other multiskilled engineers and a facilities manager on site.

You will be responsible for all building maintenance works across the site including planned/reactive maintenance, including water temperature checks, tap flushing, minor plumbing dealing with leaks and blockages, joinery fixing door handles and locks and any general building services.

The basic salary of this role is up to £32,000 however, the successful candidate will also have plenty of overtime opportunities which can really stack on top of your basic. The working hours are 7am till 4pm with 1 hour lunch. Any additional hours before 7am are double time, and there is something even better there is also an optional extra to work bank holidays with the change of double time on top of your salary plus a day back in lieu.
