Marble Talent Group are currently recruitng for an experienced CNC Programmer, whoare experts with either Milling or Turning for our client based in Havant!
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in CNC machining, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to technical drawings and specifications.
* Create and modify CNC programs using CAD/CAM software.
* Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
* Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
* Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a CNC Miller and Programmer.
* Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks).
* Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and principles.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Relevant certifications or technical education in CNC machining or related fields is a plus.
