Tier 1/ Tier 2 Analyst

The Tier 1/ Tier 2 Analyst will use new and existing detection use cases (instructions) and cyber defense tools for continual monitoring of enterprise activity to provide timely detection of possible attacks/intrusions, anomalous activities, and misuse activities and distinguish these incidents and events from benign activities.
Tier 1/ Tier 2 Analyst will utilize cyberspace incident management system to document and escalate incidents, including event’s history, status, and potential impact for further action, that may cause ongoing and immediate impact to the environment.
Requirements
This position will require DoD 8140.03 IAT Level II compliance. Selected candidate must hold a valid IAT Level II certification.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required in addition to two to five (2-5) years of experience in cybersecurity, information assurance, engineering, or a related field. An associate degree or higher is preferred.
An active Secret clearance is required. Applicant selected will be subject to security investigation(s) and must maintain eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
