Duties:

Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic
Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients
Peeling, chopping, cutting and cooking foodstuffs and helping to prepare appetizers & salads.
Cleaning the food preparation equipment and other kitchen tools, floor or areas
