Description

Respond to customer queries via phone, email and live chat.
Provide product and service information to customers.
Support the sales team.
Hit the ground running and make it your own.
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Follow up on customer interactions when necessary.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
Work closely with the team to meet customer service objectives.
Manage customer accounts and update customer records as required.
Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance customer service skills.Profile
