Key Responsibilities

This role will be the IT Services technical integrity of the business ensuring the IT Service sales team are technically proficient and able to scale the service proposition around focused offerings.

This position will be responsible for Product Design and Development based on market activity and trends. They will also be responsible for understanding, evaluating and propose value add solutions that become available from time to time

Experiences Required

Essential:

* Reliable, responsible, well organised self-starter

* An eye for uncovering opportunities not directly related to opportunities already expose by the client

* Able to master new technologies quickly and effectively

* Excellent presentation skills

* Excellent proposal writing skills

* Good interpersonal skills

* Dependable and flexible when necessary.

* An understanding of:

* IT Infrastructure Cloud and On Premise

* Microsoft Office 365 / Azure Technologies

* LAN / WAN / Wi-Fi Networks

* Security Solutions

* Backup / Disaster Recovery

* Telephony Solutions

Desirable:

* Experience of working for an IT Managed Service Provider
