Production Supervisor

A trusted supplier of temporary protection materials are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join their dynamic team Sheffield team.
As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing operations outside of regular management hours.

What will you be doing as a Production Supervisor?
* Acting as the senior authority on-site during non-management hours
* Assuming full site responsibility for out-of-hours operations, ensuring compliance with established protocols and procedures
* Managing communication with off-site staff and resources to ensure seamless coordination
* Supervising production processes to meet quality and waste targets
* Ensuring optimal utilisation of company materials to minimise operating costs
* Taking accountability for the quality and output of products manufactured
* Monitoring, measuring, and reporting on production performance
* Collaborating closely with other shift supervisors to maintain operational efficiency
What do you need?
* Previous supervising experience
* A background in a manufacturing/warehouse environment
* Previous experience working within the plastics/recycling industry (beneficial)
* A background in injection moulding/plastics processing (beneficial)
