We’re looking for a dedicated Support Conveyancer to join a dynamic legal firm based on the Wirral on a full-time, permanent basis. Join our team and contribute to delivering excellent legal services to our clients.
Main Purpose of Role:
To act for conveyancing clients on behalf of the firm.
Key Tasks:
Undertake all aspects of the conveyancing process, including but not limited to:
* Providing holiday/absence cover for Conveyancers.
* Assisting Conveyancing teams with Conveyancer level work when not providing cover.
* Undertaking file reviews and assisting the Equity Partners with risk management aspects of the Conveyancing Department.
* Dealing with residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish.
* Managing different types of transactions, including Freehold, Leasehold, New Build, Shared Ownership, Help to Buy, and Non-statutory Lease Extensions.
* Responsible for ‘signing off’ files for exchange and completion.
* Acting honestly and diligently, always abiding by relevant professional codes of conduct.
* Working Conditions:
Pay: £32k - £36k D.O.E.
Hours of Work: 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday
Holiday Entitlement: Four weeks paid holiday per year (exclusive of bank holidays)
