Order Administrator

Our client, a leading in manufacturing innovative medical solutions is seeking an Order Entry Advisor to join their team.

As an Order Entry Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of customers' orders.

Pay: £12ph

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Temp for up to 8 weeks

Based in Chester on the Business Park so easily accessible via public transport or to park for free

Responsibilities:

Accurately enter information into our systems, including matching serial numbers and identifying discrepancies.
Programme stock following a straightforward process (full training will be provided).
Pick relevant orders from incoming stock.
Count faulty units ready to be sent to the Philippines.
Follow key processes to ensure the smooth processing of customers' orders.
Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed our service levels.Requirements:

Ideally, candidates with an operational or logistics background will be preferred.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
