This pivotal position demands an enthusiastic, dynamic, and inventive leader capable of recruiting and building a dedicated team to support our service users with superior quality care in their local communities. As the cornerstone of our new service, you will work autonomously to spearhead the launch and ongoing development of our innovative care solutions, directly shaping the future of domiciliary care in our region.

Key Responsibilities:

We Require:
* Qualifications: Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management or related field.
* Experience: Proven track record in managing home care services and leading teams.
* Skills: Outstanding organisational and communication abilities, robust problem-solving and decision-making skills, and a compassionate approach to elder care.
* Licenses: Valid Driving Licence; access to a car.
