Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Working Site Manager to oversee and coordinate the on-site activities of our development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities
* Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
* Coordinate and liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
* Enforce health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
* Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation
* Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly and effectively
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of site activities
* Report project progress to senior management and address any issues that arise
Qualifications and Skills
* Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
* Excellent leadership and team management skills
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
* Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software
* Relevant certifications in construction management or related fields (desirable)
* Valid CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid at Work certifications
