What you’ll be doing:
Speaking with candidates that have applied to a job advert, understanding what they are looking for and supporting them via our many training options and employment opportunities:
* Warm calling potential candidates/learners to build and maintain relationships with applicants and support them into employment.
* Effectively communicate the benefits of our training programs and guide applicants through the booking process.
* Conducting follow up calls to candidates that have applied for job roles giving course and interview information.
* Keeping in touch with candidates during their training period and encouraging them to complete their employment course then supporting them into work via our employer network.
Skills Required
* Previous experience in telesales would be advantageous but not essential.
* Confident to approach customers on an outbound basis
* Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual.
* Good computer skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Previous experience working in Target driven environment with ability to succeed.
* Punctual & Presentable
* Excellent time-keeping and organisational skills
* Be able to show initiative and willingness to learn new sales techniques.
* Adaptable to change within the business needs.
What you’ll get from us:
* £24k to £30k basic salary (based on experience) plus commission (OTE circa £45k)
* Uncapped commission structure
* 28 days annual leave including bank holidays.
