Up to £28,000 per annum DOE
 
Monday to Friday (Monday to Thursday 08:00-17:00, Friday 08:00- 16:00)

On behalf of our well established and highly experienced client based in Bury St Edmunds, we are searching for a Sales administrator to join their welcoming and growing team! Previous experience within the Home Improvement industry would be advantageous. 
 
Main duties and responsibilities:
Responsible for receiving customer product enquiries by phone, fax, email and face to face
Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with external suppliers
Providing an excellent level of customer service
Generate quotations using industry specific software, for which you will receive training
Liaise with suppliers to create the customers’ orders and arrange delivery  
Key Skills:
Computer literacy,
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Strong organisational skills & an enthusiastic work ethic
Experience in the use of 'Evolution' software package desirable
Previous experience in Home Improvement industry
Confident and personable
