£44,500 - Mon- Fri. full time, permanent, overtime & benefits

Your new company: M&E Engineer (Maintenance)

* One of the largest Facilities Management & Technical Services provider.

* This Role will be doing Mechanical Bias or Electrical bias M&E Building Services on a large commercial site in Cambridge.

Your new role as a M&E Engineer (maintenance)

* You will be working Monday - Friday, 40 hour week, across a commercial site in Cambridge.

* Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance duties. You will be working with a range of building service appliances.

* HVAC, AHU’s, FCU’s filter changes, pumps, belts, motors, water hygiene, basic plumbing, temp checks, flushing, minor repairs, IF MECHANICAL BIAS

* 3 phase, emergency lighting, etc IF ELECTRICAL BIAS , and any other general building service maintenance duties.

What you'll need to succeed: M&E Engineer (Maintenance)

* The ideal candidate will hold electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or HVAC qualifications -Level 3 ESSENTIAL

* Experience in a mechanical bias maintenance OR electrical bias / building service role is essential.

* Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.
