We are looking for a College Services Manager to join our team.

As a College Services Manager at the University of Essex International College, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day functions of the team to ensure the effective and efficient administration of all processes and procedures. The team provides support across a range of areas, including academic and quality assurance, student progression, compliance, student wellbeing and administration

This is an excellent opportunity for a College Services Advisor or Student Services Advisor, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

Experience of working in a service-driven environment with demonstrable commitment to improving service

Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines through careful management of team workloads and individual projects

The ability to respond positively and lead teams through periods of change

A strong commitment to Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.

The ability to work within the frameworks of relevant regulatory bodies (eg) UK Visa and Immigration and Office for Students)

Excellent IT skills including data analysis and reporting

*

Ability to understand the needs of international students
