You do it all. You know how to motivate people, organise, guide and keep a process moving forward, keeping to project timelines, deadlines and a planned schedule. You are a master at workflow, love motivating people and thrive on bringing a team together to deliver.
You’ll lead a multi-faceted team of nine designers, artists and product, working on around 22 games a year.

A creative background isn’t necessary (though wouldn’t hurt), we’re looking for a strong leader, both project delivery and people management (HR).
