Description
Provide expert advice on all employee relations matters
Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures
Provide support with investigations and provide resolutions to employee relations issues
Maintain knowledge of current employment legislation and best practices
Offer advice to drive employee engagement initiatives
Promote a positive company culture in line with company valuesProfile
A successful Employee Relations Advisor should have:
A CIPD or equivalent qualification is desirable
Proven experience in Employee Relations
Strong knowledge of employment legislation
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to facilitate training sessions
Strong problem-solving skills
