Job Title: Coach Builder
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Stoke-On-Trent
Hourly rate: £14-16 per hour PAYE/£21.00 per hour limited
Coach Builder required for a manufacturing company based in Stoke-On-Trent.
As a Coach Builder, you will be required to do interior fitting work on various types of trucks. You must be able to read and understand engineering drawings and instructions.
Key Skills:
Vehicle conversion/Coach building work
Must have previous coach building experience
Experience of vehicle interior fitting
Building wooden shelving & carpentry work within the vehicles
Cutting composite panels to size following engineering drawings & instructions
GRP laminating work
Composite fitting, bonding, gluing
Competent in doing interior trimming, working with wood and metal
Metal work, general fitting work, marking out, drilling, tapping
Previous vehicle conversion experience would be an added advantage
Must be competent in using various hand tools such as spanner, screw drivers as well as electric power tools
