Material Planner
We heard you knock!
* Ensure availability of raw materials required for the production process
* Maintain the daily stock count sheets for code, description, supplier, minimum quantity
* Place purchase orders for material requirements and send to suppliers
* Expedite urgent delivery requirements
* Create/maintain product details on the MRP system
* Escalate issues that may impact on the production plan with the Supply Chain Manager
* Conduct weekly open order reviews, maintaining housekeeping on the MRP system
* Create and record ad-hoc order requests for non-material items
* Investigate any stock outs, identify root cause and what actions are required to minimize risk or re-occurrence
* Support the business with new product launches
