We are seeking a motivated and customer oriented Assistant Manager to join the team with our St Andrews based client. You will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in the store. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.
Duties:
* Greet customers and provide assistance in finding products or answering questions
* Maintain a clean and organised store environment
* Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
* Promote and upsell products to meet sales targets
* Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels
* Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
* Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
