Description
Manage the credit control process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
Oversee client relationships, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
Monitor debtor balances to ensure compliance with business rules and terms.
Report on aged debtors and cash collection forecasts.
Participate in monthly meetings and present on credit control performance.
Contribute to team objectives and work towards achieving departmental targets.
Ensure the company's financial policies and procedures are adhered to.
Assist with other accounting tasks as required.Profile
A successful 'Credit Controller' should have:
A strong educational background in finance or a related field.
Excellent numerical skills and a keen eye for detail.
A solid understanding of credit control procedures and principles.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Confidence in building and maintaining client relationships.
