Support Worker DAYS – Permanent – Full Time, 5 Days a week - £11.45/hr

FULL TIME DAYS - £11.45/hr Thrapston – Days are between 7am-10pm. Shifts are working both Earlies and Lates (7am-2.30pm and 2.30pm-10pm), working 4 or 5 shifts a week. This includes alternative weekends. Must have a UK driving licence.

You will be tasked with assisting with the resident’s care plan, delivering the highest standards of personalised care to residents. Ensure that at all times residents are treated with respect and dignity, and that individual’s rights to privacy, dignity, independence and choice are met.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
· One Year minimum experience of working in a social care environment (Essential).
· You must have a FULL UK driving licence - due to using clients vehicles.
· Have a caring nature and possess a willingness to develop new skills
